Added Chronical Boss "Streami Boss" drop rewards and tradable items!

Added LR and UR accessories in which you can carve Runes to Chronical Boss "Streami Boss" drop rewards.
We've also added Runes to the Enhancement Center Exchange that you can trade with the materials that "Streami Boss" drops.

*Deck in the Enhancement Center will exchange them for Runes.
*You need "Warpstone: Streami B", "Chronicle Coin", and "Pure Crystal [Common]" to trade Runes.
*You can crystallize some of the LR and UR accessories that the Chronical Boss drops.

Rune Ability examples
・Reduces reverse damage according to the number of times skills are used
・Increases damage limit according to the number of times skills are used
