We would like to report the details regarding the rollback of some customers' data due to the disrupted connection on Aug 15, 2018, 18:50 (JST).
Regarding the Rollback of Game Data
We have confirmed that if you were playing at the time the trouble occurred, then any data accumulated after the error and until log out was not saved, and therefore the game data will return to where it was before the error occurred.
Due to this, there is a chance the items deleted during this period may reappear in your inventory, and newly acquired items may not be present in your inventory.
However currently the problem is resolved, and we have confirmed that you may continue playing normally.
Regarding Items Disappearing on the Market
We have confirmed the issue where items exhibited on the market at the time of trouble may disappear.
When the problem occurs, we have confirmed that in some cases, canceling the item while it is exhibited may allow the item to be retrieved.
Regarding the Inability to Retrieve Items Purchased With Gems
For items purchased at the Gem Shop during the error, we have confirmed that the items were not distributed to the Present Box despite consuming the Gems spent.
For customers who experienced this error, the items will be distributed in order at your next log in, so please check the Present Box.
Regarding Corrections to Battle Ranking
Due to the connection failure, we have confirmed that some inaccurate numbers are posted to the Battle Ranking.
We have made corrections so that the accurate rankings will be reflected at the next totaling.
If you notice any other issues than the above, please contact our support team from the in-app contact form at Menu> System> Contact.
Additionally, as an apology for this error, as we announced postscript on Aug 15 at 18:00, we will perform the following supplementary measures.

Restoration is complete and we have confirmed that the game can be played as usual.
