We have received inquiries that some players have lost their Cores due to this bug.

According to our investigation, there is no issue with the actual number of Cores that you have. Due to this issue, the Core information is not reflected correctly in the Gear sets and therefore only the displayed number is wrong.

Please refer to the following for more details.

【Example】
If you have 2 Lv 5 Cores,

due to this issue, when you switch your Gear set the Cores are not correctly removed and the following occurs.

Gear A:●(Lv 5 Core set) ○(not set) ○(not set)
Gear B:●(Lv 5 Core set) ○(not set) ○(not set)
Gear C:●(Lv 5 Core set【※Non-existent Core that wasn't removed】) ○(not set) ○(not set)

In the above example, even though you only have 2 Cores, dure to this bug it shows that you have 3 attached to your gear.
As a result, the number of cores you have is irregularly displayed as "Lv5 Cores: -1", making it easy to misidentify the number of Cores you actually have.

Please log in to the game again to display the correct numbers.

Also, if you get the same Core through creation etc. before you re-log in, the Core obtained will be used to fill the missing Core count (-1 above), so it will not be displayed in the list on the Core set screen.

The wrongly displayed Cores will be equipped even after logging in again, so if you want to set the Cores you made to other equipment, please remove them from your gear to use them.




Regarding the players who sent us their inquiries, we investigated their accounts and found out that they have not lost any Cores.

Also, we had announced on our notice on 3/10 that the issue with the Core information in Gear sets has been fixed, however, we have only fixed part of this issue,
