We have confirmed an issue where the gear set that players set before the maintenance on November 11 has not been properly transferred to avatar set, and the avatar gears have been removed.


This issue can be fixed by setting your avatar set again.
However, we would like to ask players with many avatar sets to contact the customer support and we will restore all your avatar sets to the state they were in at the maintenance on November 11.



Restore Process
①Players who wish to restore their avatar sets all together, please contact our customer support.
You can locate the contact form from Menu > System > Contact Us.
Please select "Others" category and add the following information.

[Character ID]:
[Character name]:

Please send your message by November 18, 2020 before our maintenance starts.

②We will restore the avatar set data of the players who contacted us during our maintenance on November 25, 2020.
*Please note that avatar sets that are modified/created during 11/11 to 11/25 will be deleted.
