【1/8 19:45Update】
We confirmed a bug where players were able to get 2 ""Fortune Boxes"" under certain conditions.
However, this issue has been fixed on January 8, 2020 at 18:00 (JST).
Players who got 2 Fortune Boxes can keep the first box, and we will collect the second one.
If you haven't opened/used the second box, please keep it in your bag.
If you already opened/used the second box and got a ticket, please do not trade it in Liz's Mystical Shop and keep it in your bag.
If you already traded it, please do not use the item you got from the trade and keep it in your bag until we have collected it back.
※Please note that if the data of the bugged boxes and items do not match with our total data, we may apply penalities to accounts for using bugs.
We will start collecting back the items in order on January 15, and will update this announcement as soon as we are finished with the process.

During our maintenance today, we have collected back the tickets: "Potato L Ticket A ～ Not-so-L Ticket C" from the players who got them due to the bug as explained below.
As for players who have already traded the tickets, we are planning to take back the traded items starting our mainentance next week.
