About Area Bosses
Confront the enemies with your friends!!
Let's challenge and achieve powerful gear!!
Area bosses are strong monsters, who drop special material that you can use to make weapons.
By defeating them and collecting the materials, you can create powerful gear such as UR weapon "Phantom series" and UR weapon "Ousia series"!!
In specific maps a mactching area like in the image below will appear.
You can also join from One-Time Party.
One-Time Party ＞ Boss
Select the Boss battle you wish to join from Navi > One-Time Party > Boss Battle, and you will move to wait for other participants to join.
One-Time Party ＞ Roulette
Select the Roulette you wish to join from Navi > One-Time Party > Roulette, and you will move to wait for other participants to join.

The Area Bosses for each map are as following.
※ Ocypete ,Duroc,Caliente,Dilitherio,Drauga and Fafnirare one rank stronger than other Area Bosses.
1) Your current job level is over the corresponding difficulty level
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Level Area Boss: level 50 or above
2) You have cleared main quest Ch.18 The State of Abul
※You must also meet the following additional requirements for certain Area Bosses.
・Ocypete, Duroc: Enter the map "Republic of Marlo"
・Dilitherio: Clear main quest Ch. 65
・Drauga: Clear main quest Ch. 82
・Fafnir: Clear main quest Ch. 87
3) You have an Area Boss ticket
The Area Boss ticket will be consumed when figting Area Bosses (※1)
Please note that you can get Area Boss tickets on Daily Quests.
You can also purhcase them in the shop.
※ Please note that if you transfer to a different map after entering the map where you did the matching, your ticket will be consumed but you will not be able to fight the Area Boss.
・Material A (※ Material for Phantom series)
・Black Tourmaline (※ Material for Ousia series)
・Magic Coin [Bronze] (※ You can exhange the coins for Ousia series Material at "Liz's Mystical Shop")
② You may get items that help you to get UR weapons!
・Pleasure Box A
→ If you get Weapon Box A, you may get "Phantom series" UR weapons
→ You can also get YOME Build up items
③ You will get a reward by clearing achievements!
・ You can get Weapon Box A if you defeat 100 of each 4 bosses: Geru Grandpa, Kono Grandma, Iberico, and Tebakizoku.
→ Get also Alstones and Material A!
Area Bosses are extremely strong monsters, so make sure you have prepared well to challenge them!
※You will need an Area Boss ticket to join One-Time Party and Roulette.
※ If the Area Boss is defeated during the transfer after accepting, the battle won't start and only the return points will be displayed. Also please note that the Area Boss ticket will be used.
Weapons from the "Mysterious Crows" series have a special effect to benefit you on battles with Area Boss "Tebakizoku"!
Weapons from "Compression Mechanism" series have a special effect to benefit you on battles with Area Boss "Ocypete"!
Weapons from "Asteras" series and "Celestial Weapon" series also have a special effect against some Area Bosses!
Have a look at the following methods to get "Phantom" series UR weapons.
・Collect materials by defeating Area Bosses to create by synthesis
・Get from the "Weapon Box A" that you may get from the treasure box when defeating Area Boss
・Get from the "Weapon Box A" that you can get after defeating Area Boss for certain times
The necessary recipe for synthesis will be arranged in the map where you do the matching.
You can get one of the "Phantom" series weapons from the "Weapon Box A".
How to get the "Ousia" series?
Have a look at the following methods to get "Ousia" series UR weapons.
・You can randomly get "Black Tourmaline" when defeating Area Boss Ocypete ,Duroc,Caliente,Dilitherio,Drauga and Fafnirare
※ You can also get "Black Tourmaline" at the exchange in Tower of Time.
Collect the required number of "Krishna Quenching" that you can get at "Liz's Mystical Shop"
※ You need "Magic Coin [Bronze]" to exchange for Krishna Quenching". You can get "Magic Coin [Bronze]" from clearing Party Dungeons, defeating Area Bosses or defeating the Boss at the Tower Basement.
・Talk to NPC "Sumina" at the Enhancement Center after you have collected the materials

How can you fight the Area Bosses then?
