We cannot respond to any further inquiries regarding this matter.
We would like to address the issue where players got 100 Gems (unpaid) when exchanging the item "White Fairy Wing" in the event "The Sweet Scent of Danger ～Part 2～", which occurred until 12:30 on February 29, 2024 (JST).
The Gems subject to the issue will be collected in order from each account by our maintenance on March 6 (Wed).
Ex)
If a player has traded 50 "White Fairy Wings", we will collect back 5000 unpaid Gems (50 x 100 = 5000).
If our team is unable to collect back the Gems subject to this issue by our maintenance on March 6, we will add a penalty for violating our Terms of Use.
